RETURNS
  • We are happy to assist you for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original packaging bag and tags attached for a store credit or refund. It must also be free from all make-up, stains and smells.

 

  • All merchandize should be returned within 7 days after delivery for a refund

  • All merchandise should be returned within 10 days after delivery for a different size, style or store credit.

  • Returned items must include tags or hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet this condition will be refused and returned to the shippers address on file.

  • Returns require a minimum of 3-6 business days to arrive at our warehouse. please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process your return upon arriving at our way house.

  • All end of season, Black Friday and clearance item are FINAL sale and cannot be returned except wrong size or style was received.

  • You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. 

  • An order can only be cancelled before it is dispatched.

  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping cost apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotion all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER

 

Shipping time varies depending on your shipping location. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. International delivery can take anywhere from 7-12 days. Delivery detail will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

 

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we're happy to help. Just email us directly and we'll take you through the process. 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has been dispatched , you will receive an email with the tracking details where you will be able to track your order throughout it's journey. 

 

CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUEST ON PRODUTS?

 

Yes you can! We take custom orders. Feel free to reach out to us via email, ropabynammy@gmail.com or any of our  sm platforms. You can also send us a message on here and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Please note that we take virtual consultation too for custom orders.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
